Group dentistry

One communications layer across every location — and every PMS.

Groups rarely run one system. Acquisitions arrive on Dentrix, de novos launch on cloud PMSs, and every location answers the phone a little differently. Revado runs the same playbook across all of them, configured per clinic.

The problem

What this actually looks like day to day.

Every acquisition is a new phone stack

Different PMS, different answering vendor, different scripts. Integrating a new location’s patient communication usually takes quarters, not weeks.

Coverage is inconsistent across clinics

Your best location answers 95% of calls; your thinnest-staffed one misses a third. Patients experience the brand as whichever front desk they happened to reach.

Outreach depends on local heroics

Recall and reactivation run great where one office manager cares, and not at all where they’re stretched. There’s no group-wide lever to pull.

How Revado handles it

What ships for dsos & multi-location groups.

Multi-PMS from day one

16 PMS and EMR systems live — Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, Denticon, CareStack, Open Dental and more — so mixed-system groups don’t wait on a migration to standardize communication.

Per-clinic configuration, group-wide consistency

Each location keeps its own hours, providers, and scripts, while the group sets the standard: what gets answered, how it sounds, what gets escalated.

Campaigns at portfolio scale

Run the same recall or reactivation Campaign across every location and compare results clinic by clinic, instead of hoping each desk finds the time.

Bilingual coverage everywhere

English and Spanish voice and text at every clinic — not just the ones that happened to hire bilingual staff.

Common questions

Questions we hear from practices like yours.

Our locations run different PMS systems. Is that a problem?

No — it’s the normal case. Revado integrates with 16 PMS and EMR systems today, so each clinic connects to its own system while the group gets one consistent communications layer.

Can each location have different hours and scripts?

Yes. Hours, providers, languages, and escalation rules are configured per clinic. The group decides what’s standard and what’s local.

How does rollout work across many locations?

Typically a pilot cohort of 2–5 clinics first, then a wave-based rollout. Because Revado sits on top of each clinic’s existing PMS, adding a location doesn’t require migrating anything.

Do you support the compliance requirements a group needs?

We operate under BAAs and are happy to walk your security team through our posture — email trust@revado.ai and we’ll set up the review.
